Mike started his career in the automotive industry and quickly branched out into many other manufacturing experiences. He transitioned into consulting as one of the Co-Founders of the McKinsey Manufacturing Practice and has continued to develop his Operations Expertise through both Corporate roles and Consulting positions.

Mike's expertise in Operations Excellence spans Strategy Development and Deployment to holistic Value Creation.

Mike graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds a McKinsey Accelerated MBA.

Rick's career spans decades of real-world experience creating value for a diverse range of companies throughout the world. Rick has grown his knowledge, expertise and experience through internal Executive Leadership Roles such as Vice-President of Manufacturing and External Consulting work including the distinctive role of one of the co-founders of the McKinsey Manufacturing Practice.

Rick's expertise ranges from Strategy Development and Deployment to holistic Operations Excellence transformation.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an Accelerated MBA from McKinsey.

Sanj Joshi is an entrepreneurial and trusted change agent with demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with executives and teams to solve complex operational challenges. His active leadership in operational capability development led to breakthroughs and sustained improvements in diverse industrial, life sciences, food and beverage, and technology industries.

Sanj’s work experience includes leadership guidance, strategy, and results delivery as a consultant in manufacturing, supply chain, product introduction, and service functions. He has over 20 years of experience working across the globe with large and small companies from the factory floor to the executive suite.

Sanj holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
