As a subject matter expert in the cybersecurity space, Chris has authored three books, including Hacking Exposed: Malware and Rootkits, and Malware, Rootkits & Botnets: A Beginner’s Guide. His thought leadership extends to international conferences, where he shares his expert opinions on the latest in cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Tom possesses over 30 years of experience in consulting and industrial operational roles including Global OEM Operations Manager and VP of Operational Excellence. He excels at conducting business diagnostics that drive profitability, raise operating performance and bolster organizational capabilities. Over this time, he has worked closely with C-Suite executives and BOD’s on strategic and tactical transformational activities.

Tom’s experiences cut across diverse industries including aerospace defense and commercial, consumer durable goods, heavy industrial equipment, pulp, paper and packaging. Through all of this diversity, Tom has developed the skillful ability to design complete production systems that meet market and business requirements.

Tom's degrees include a Masters in Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Science in Aviation Management with a concentration in Airport Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Michaela’s career began in the energy industry where she cultivated her technical and commercial expertise working across domestic and international value chains. She has led Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT organizations chaired global corporate business development councils focused on portfolio driven value creation and spearheaded end-to-end Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation initiatives for F500 companies in the Energy, Metals & Mining, Industrial Conglomerates, Construction & Infrastructure, and Global Industrials sectors, as well as Private Equity firms and Non-Profits.

Michaela’s comprehensive expertise in Operational Excellence enables her to proactively address complex interfaces across Operations, Projects and Functional groups, while effectively managing metrics in tension to drive sustainable value to the bottom line.
